Pre/Post Operative Instructions

Follow these instructions for one week:

• Eat only soft foods
• Do not eat spicy foods
• Avoid extremes in either hot or cold foods or drinks
• Avoid “hard” foods that may cause injury to the suture line such as potato chips, tacos, etc
• Rinse mouth out four times a day with a solution of ½ peroxide and ½ water

Call the office immediately if there is any excessive bleeding from the wound or if you should develop a fever.
