FACIAL RECONSTRUCTION

Facial reconstruction is a procedure that offers individuals a chance to repair birth defects, facial trauma and facial irregularities caused by accidents or disease. The face is probably our most distinguishing feature, and that is why facial reconstruction is a serious procedure. Through this form of reconstructive surgery, it can help enhance one’s appearance and self-confidence.

Since everyone has their own unique facial features, accompanied by their set of circumstances, the results of facial reconstruction will vary from patient to patient. It is highly recommended that a patient consult with a plastic surgeon for more information. There are various reasons why an individual desires to undergo facial reconstruction. This consultation visit allows patients to present their reasons to the doctor and it gives the doctor a chance to view the current condition of the patient’s face and to explain their options.
