 NECK LIFT SURGERY

A new technique for cosmetic neck surgery – the iGuide® Surgical Suture System. It is designed to help patients reduce sagging under the chin area. This revolutionary procedure can lift and support neck tissue in a minimally invasive manner.
Ideal candidates for this procedure are those who traditionally have a full upper neck or patients who need a “touch up” to correct sagging after a facial procedure or neck liposuction. In addition, younger individuals who experience sagging neck tissue due to genetics are typically excellent candidates for this procedure. The iGuide® procedure can be performed alone or in conjunction with other facial rejuvenating procedures.
Utilizing five unique surgical tools, the surgeon can elevate and define the soft tissues of the neck by creating a trampoline-like suture. This procedure may be performed with only local anesthesia. Through a series of small needle incisions, a continuous suture is used to support and elevate the skin, soft tissue, and muscle all as one. The iGuide® eliminates the need to cut and reposition the muscles and avoids possibly damaging the nerves and blood vessels of the neck and face.
Post-surgery, patients may have minimal swelling and bruising, and patients are able to return to work within a few days. Physical exercise may be resumed in approximately one to two weeks.
Further details regarding the iGuide® can be obtained during an initial consultation with Dr. Daube.
